You may ask what is SUPYOGA - well in a nutshell it is Yoga on a Paddleboard and what better way to feel that total oneness and connection with nature,,   than being outside and on the water. take your yoga to the next level, Improve your balance, and core, No experience required in Yoga or paddleboarding as your session will be with qualified Yoga Teacher, and experienced paddleboarders who will give you some time to get used to and the feel of the board before beginning the yoga session. Yes come prepared to get wet!!!

 

Yoga is an incredibly popular and enjoyable activity with a huge range of physical and mental health benefits. Way2Go Adventures are delighted to add yoga to our activity options in 2018.

SUPYOGA - Group sessions are great for visiting holidaymakers, groups of friends, hen parties, corporate groups and those on a wellbeing journey as well as Yoga groups looking to offer a variation to their regular weekly group classes. Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)* Yoga which brings an extra challenge for the experienced yogi, a fun alternative to indoor yoga and a focus on balance and core strength in the peaceful surroundings of calm waters and in beautiful locations.
