The Wye Valley and Forest of Dean is not only and area of outstanding natural beauty offering beautiful scenery and wildlife, but also offers a wide range of activities to get everyone into the outdoors what ever your age or ability. Most of these activities are not only fun but will hep to improve your fitness levels, your wellbeing, help to clear your mind and re-energise your body, mind and soul.

      Way2go Adventures has teamed up with some lovely Yoga teachers and Hidden Valley Yurts a great location to feel the connection with nature and de-stress with the help of Yoga and meditation. Feel at one with nature

  •  Staying in Mongolian Yurts in a beautiful hidden Valley a perfect location to relax and de-stress. Total of 5 Yurts on site sleeping 4 or 6 people in seperate beds or if 2 peope are happy to share a double bed which are large double beds then each Yurt will sleep 5 or 7 people
  •  Yoga - Suitable for all levels 
  • Meditation
  • All classe will be tailored to suit all abilites -  No Expereince required
  •  food for meals which will be locally sourced as much as possible, and prepared together. 
  • Optional Reiki, Massage, and other treatments availble at additional cost.

Friday - Arrival, Meet & Greet, Yoga 

Saturday & Sunday - Early morning Yoga followed by light breakfast, then meditation and breathing and yoga, Lunch followed by personal quite medtiation, walk in some of the surrounding meadows and woodland for reflection or chose to book on of the treaments on offer. After which will be dinner, meditation breathing exercises, mantras followed by relaxation yoga  

Monday  morning - Early morning Yoga, breakfast pack Feed back, Leave and  the option to book a gentle relaxing guided canoe or Paddle board experience on the River Wye and enjoy the connection with nature via the water, try SUPYOGA (yes Yoga on the paddleboards).or just own time to explore the area before leaving for home.
